Role Purpose

Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards to ensure every guest enjoys a truly memorable experience through meticulous attention to detail and a passion for perfection.

Key Responsibilities

Room Maintenance

• Ensure every single room is at its absolute best for guests.
• Monitor and control supplies to minimise waste.
• Regularly assist with deep clean projects.

Guest Service

• Help guests in any way possible, whether they have forgotten items or need directions.
• Do your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items.

Communication & Reporting

• Keep your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Literacy skills including reading, writing and basic maths skills.

Skills & Competencies

• Physical fitness to work on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
• Ability to push and pull heavy objects.
• Capability to bend and kneel to complete activities.
• Flexible attitude to shift work including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
