Role Purpose

To maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas to hotel standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction through attention to detail and responsive service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room and Area Preparation

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned public areas to hotel standards.
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish toiletries and guest supplies.
• Follow hygiene and safety procedures, and keep cleaning equipment and supplies organized.

Guest Service and Communication

• Respond courteously to guest requests while respecting their privacy and belongings.

Reporting and Maintenance

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost property promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and manage time efficiently.
