Role Purpose

Maintain exceptional cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and hotel property, ensuring all areas meet luxury hospitality standards and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Maintenance

• Remove dirty bedding items, soiled bed linen, pillow covers, napkins and soiled bathroom linen and replace with fresh items.
• Deep clean bathrooms.
• Dust and polish all furniture.
• Realign furniture to the floor plan.
• Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris.

Property Care & Reporting

• Report unpleasant smells to team leader, including drainage, cigarette and musty odours.
• Take responsibility for hotel property in the work area.
• Report damaged or missing hotel property items.
