Role Purpose

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining spotless, welcoming guest rooms and responding promptly to guest needs. You spread the light and warmth of hospitality through attention to detail and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Maintenance

• Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning and tidying assigned rooms daily
• Make beds and clean bathrooms to high standards
• Dust, vacuum, and perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Replenish bed linens, towels, and guest essentials according to property standards

Supply and Inventory Management

• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Manage supplies to ensure availability for room cleaning tasks

Guest Service

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Address guest needs with professionalism and care

Facility Management

• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas

Skills & Competencies

• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Ability to respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
• Physical capability to perform cleaning tasks and transport supply carts
• Teamwork and collaboration with housekeeping and front-of-house staff
