Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across guestrooms, residences, and public areas. Support the Housekeeping Supervisor and Team Leader in maintaining operational efficiency and consistent quality across the property to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning & Preparation

• Clean and service assigned guestrooms and residences to the highest standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure proper room setup.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and supplies.
• Ensure rooms are clean, fresh, and ready for guest arrival.

Public Area Cleaning

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas, corridors, service areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Support deep cleaning tasks when required.

Guest Experience

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Ensure attention to detail in room presentation.
• Report and follow up on guest preferences when applicable.
• Deliver service with professionalism and care.

Operational Support

• Report maintenance issues to the Supervisor or Team Leader.
• Follow daily task schedules and priorities.
• Handle linen and supplies responsibly.
• Support team members when needed.

Quality & Compliance

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness according to brand standards.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Basic education required; hospitality training is an advantage.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience in hotels or serviced residences is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cleaning standards and procedures beneficial.
• GCC/Dubai experience is a plus.
