Housekeeping Attendant (Female)

Role Overview

Housekeeping Attendant position with Marriott International. This role is female-designated.

Role Purpose

Build memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Guest Environment Experts are skilled across a wide range of housekeeping functions and are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Requests

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.

Housekeeping Operations

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to hotel standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and materials.
• Maintain high-quality appearance and cleanliness throughout all hotel areas.

General Duties

• Perform other similar responsibilities and reasonable job duties as requested.
• Ensure a safe workplace through adherence to safety protocols.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and business information.
• Uphold quality standards in all work performed.

Skills & Competencies

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications at all times.

• Physical demands include being on feet and moving around throughout shifts.
