Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Maintenance
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms daily, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain room standards.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials according to hotel standards.
Supply Management
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
Guest Service
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Address guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Waste Management
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
- Maintain proper waste segregation protocols.
