Role Purpose
To ensure all guest rooms, floor corridors, and service areas are cleaned and well-maintained to prescribed standards while anticipating and responding to guest requirements and requests.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room & Area Maintenance
- Ensure that all guest rooms and floor corridors are cleaned and well-maintained based on prescribed standards.
- Provide cleanliness and maintenance of pantries, service areas and trolleys.
- Deliver turn down service of guest rooms based on prescribed standards.
Reporting & Communication
- Report to the shift Supervisor any repairs, maintenance work required in guest rooms or any discrepancies in room status.
- Anticipate and respond to guest requirements and requests.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as Room Attendant for a 5-star hotel required.
Skills & Competencies
- Service focused personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
