Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and tidy assigned rooms to hotel standards
• Make beds with fresh linens
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly
• Dust all surfaces and furnishings
• Vacuum carpets and floors
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed

Linens & Amenities

• Replace bed linens daily
• Replenish towels in guest rooms
• Stock and replenish guest essentials and amenities

Supply Management

• Stock the housekeeping supply cart daily
• Maintain adequate supply levels throughout shifts
• Transport the housekeeping supply cart as required

Guest Service

• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Address special requests with attention to detail

Waste Management

• Dispose of trash in designated areas
• Manage recyclables according to property procedures
