Role Overview
Housekeeping Attendant at Marriott. The position involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel while delivering a memorable and unique guest experience.
Role Purpose
Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to create a great guest experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room & Space Cleaning
- Deliver clean rooms and freshly made beds.
- Clean and maintain the appearance of guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
Guest Service & Requests
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Respond to guest needs to ensure spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.
Operations & Maintenance
- Stock and manage housekeeping carts.
- Perform other similar housekeeping functions and reasonable job duties as requested.
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards in all work.
Professional Standards
- Maintain confidentiality in all guest and company matters.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional at all times.
Additional Information
- Position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- Hands-on approach to work is essential.
