Role Purpose
To conduct all operational housekeeping tasks while maintaining service standards and procedures, going the extra mile to prevent complaints, ensure timely service delivery, and provide adequate service recovery where needed.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Conduct all operational tasks in Housekeeping while living up to service standards and procedures.
- Ensure timeliness in order taking and delivery of requests to guests.
- Prevent complaints and ensure adequate service recovery where needed.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Go the extra mile where you can.
- Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, always with the Guest's interests at heart.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5-star Hotel.
- At least 1 year of experience at the same level.
- Minimum qualification required is High School Diploma or Higher Secondary.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English Language.
