Role Purpose
Deliver professional, safe, and courteous transportation services to guests, VIPs, and hotel management while maintaining vehicle standards and ensuring timely, reliable transfers.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Provide professional and courteous transportation services to guests, VIPs, and hotel management.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
- Ensure timely pickups and drop-offs to airports, meetings, or tourist destinations.
Vehicle Management
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of hotel vehicles.
- Maintain a logbook for mileage, fuel consumption, and route records.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, hotel policies, and safety standards.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately to management.
Operational Support
- Support other departments with transportation needs as required.
