Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Wash Attendant at Marriott, responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel while creating memorable and unique guest experiences.

Role Purpose

To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, deliver exceptional guest experiences through skilled housekeeping functions, and ensure all spaces support a welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room and Space Maintenance

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Make beds and prepare rooms to highest standards.
• Move about assigned spaces to identify and complete work that needs to be done.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

Guest Service and Support

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Respond to guest needs to create memorable experiences.

Operational Tasks

• Stock cleaning carts with necessary supplies and materials.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Standards and Safety

• Ensure a safe workplace at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards in all work.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Additional Information

• Role requires extended periods on feet, standing, sitting, and walking.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
