Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert - Stylist at Marriott. The role maintains the appearance and cleanliness of hotel guest rooms and public spaces to create a memorable and unique guest experience.

Role Purpose

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions and responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. The role is empowered to move about the hotel space and take hands-on action to deliver exceptional guest experiences through clean, well-maintained environments.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Delivery

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Create spaces that help build memorable and unique guest experiences.
• Ensure rooms and public areas support a great guest experience.

Housekeeping Operations

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to high standards.
• Stock and manage housekeeping carts.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
• Complete other similar housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

Standards & Compliance

• Ensure a safe workplace at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Uphold quality standards in all work.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Additional Information

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around the hotel for extended periods. The role requires hands-on physical work including standing, sitting, walking, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Reasonable job duties as requested are required for success.
