Role Purpose

The Guest Environment Expert maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, delivering memorable and unique guest experiences. The role ensures that spaces throughout the hotel support exceptional guest experiences by executing a wide range of housekeeping functions with empowerment to move about and do what needs to be done.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment Management

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and materials.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
• Execute other similar housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• Uphold quality standards consistently.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
