Role Purpose
To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while delivering a memorable and unique guest experience. Guest Environment Experts are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done to help create a great guest experience through clean, well-maintained spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Requests
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Stock carts with necessary supplies.
- Clean rooms and public spaces to uphold quality standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
- Perform other similar housekeeping responsibilities as needed.

- Ensure a safe workplace at all times.
- Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Uphold quality standards across all work.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Additional Information
- Role requires extended periods on feet: standing, sitting, or walking for extended time.
- Role requires hands-on approach to work with frequent movement and lifting.
