Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert - Laundry Attendant at Marriott, supporting the Laundry Department at a hotel location.

Role Purpose

Support the Laundry Department in delivering exceptional luxury service by ensuring all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments are processed efficiently and maintained to the highest quality standards, while contributing to creating memorable experiences for guests through attention to detail, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Laundry Operations

• Sort, wash, dry, press, fold, and distribute laundry items.
• Process all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest garments.
• Adhere to hotel brand standards, safety procedures, and brand quality expectations.

Workplace Standards

• Ensure a safe workplace environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
