Role Purpose

To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while creating memorable and unique guest experiences. Guest Environment Experts ensure that hotel spaces—guest rooms and public areas—support exceptional service delivery and uphold the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Delivery

• Deliver guest requests and ensure spaces help create a great guest experience.
• Learn and exemplify The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, including the Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.
• Ensure the Gold Standards are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day.

Housekeeping Operations

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces.
• Stock housekeeping carts.
• Move about the assigned space and do what needs to be done.

Workplace Standards

• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Demands

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Take a hands-on approach to work.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
