Role Purpose

The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel while creating a memorable and unique guest experience. The role empowers team members to move about their space and take ownership of what needs to be done to support excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Cleaning Operations

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts.
• Clean guest rooms to high standards.
• Clean and maintain public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Move about the hotel space to address cleaning and maintenance needs as they arise.
• Take a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.

Standards & Safety

• Maintain a safe workplace at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Uphold quality standards in all work.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

Additional Information

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around for extended periods, standing, sitting, or walking as needed. The role involves hands-on physical work and other reasonable job duties as requested.
