Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott. The role involves maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while delivering memorable and unique guest experiences.

Role Purpose

To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel spaces, including guest rooms and public areas, while empowering staff to respond to guest requests and create exceptional experiences that support the overall guest satisfaction and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment Management

• Deliver guest requests and ensure timely responses to housekeeping needs.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds and restocking supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and materials.

Standards & Safety

• Maintain a safe workplace and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all housekeeping functions.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest and business matters.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional at all times.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.

Physical Duties

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout shifts.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Take a hands-on approach to work and perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
