Role Purpose

Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel to create a memorable and unique guest experience. The role goes beyond basic cleaning to ensure spaces support exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction through skilled housekeeping functions and guest-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment & Cleanliness

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and the whole hotel.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Stock and organize cleaning carts.
• Clean guest rooms and public areas to company standards.

Operational Excellence

• Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest and operational matters.
• Uphold quality standards in all work performed.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional at all times.
• Communicate professionally in all interactions.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Work Execution

• Move about designated spaces and take independent action to complete necessary tasks.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout shifts.
