Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott, Renaissance Hotels location.

Role Purpose

Build memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Guest Environment Experts take a hands-on approach to housekeeping functions, delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and ensuring all hotel spaces support an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment & Cleanliness

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Deliver guest requests promptly.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to quality standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts as needed.
• Move about the hotel space and take action on what needs to be done.

Safety, Quality & Standards

• Ensure a safe workplace through adherence to protocols and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards in all work.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Key Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Take a hands-on approach to work throughout the shift.
