Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott. This role maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while creating a memorable and unique guest experience.

Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms and public spaces, fulfilling guest requests, and performing housekeeping functions that reflect Marriott's commitment to quality and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment & Cleanliness

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts.
• Clean rooms and public spaces to company standards.

Operations & Standards

• Ensure a safe workplace for yourself and colleagues.
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
• Maintain quality standards in all work performed.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Professional Conduct

• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Additional Information

Guest Environment Experts must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and take a hands-on approach to work, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
