Role Purpose

Create memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Deliver comprehensive housekeeping functions with the autonomy to move throughout the space and take action as needed to support both guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Requests

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication standards that support a professional guest experience.

Room & Space Maintenance

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to company standards.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Stock housekeeping carts.
• Perform hands-on work including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.

Operational Standards

• Ensure a safe workplace at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
• Maintain confidentiality as required.
• Uphold quality standards across all duties.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Additional Information

Guest Environment Experts will spend extended periods on their feet, standing, sitting, or walking as required. The role involves regular physical activity and the ability to work independently within assigned spaces. All reasonable job duties as requested are part of the role.
