Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott. This role is a Guest Environment Expert position responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

Role Purpose

To create memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of hotel spaces, delivering guest requests, and ensuring all areas of the hotel support an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room & Public Space Cleaning

• Deliver guest requests related to room cleanliness and maintenance.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel environment.
• Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and materials.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure a safe workplace for yourself and colleagues.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Uphold quality standards in all work performed.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Work Execution

• Move about your space and take a hands-on approach to work as needed.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
