Role Overview

Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Marriott. This role maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while building memorable and unique guest experiences.

Role Purpose

To deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all hotel spaces, responding to guest requests, and taking a hands-on approach to housekeeping functions throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Environment Management

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to uphold quality standards.
• Deliver guest requests and respond to immediate needs.
• Stock and prepare housekeeping carts.

Operations & Workplace Standards

• Ensure a safe workplace at all times.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
• Uphold professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications standards.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Additional Information

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Take a hands-on approach to work with ability to move about the space.
