Role Purpose
Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel and create memorable, unique experiences for guests. The role goes beyond providing a clean room and freshly made bed to ensure all spaces within the hotel help deliver a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Environment Services
- Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms to quality standards.
- Clean and maintain public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies and linens.
- Move about assigned spaces with empowerment to address needs as they arise.
Standards & Safety
- Maintain a safe workplace for yourself and colleagues.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards consistently.
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communications.
- Maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

- Physical demands: Extended periods on feet; standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged time; hands-on work involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
