Role Purpose

Create memorable first impressions as the first point of contact for guests. Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism while ensuring a smooth and personalized dining experience from reservation through departure.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome and Engagement

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
• Escort guests, present menus, and ensure a seamless arrival experience.
• Maintain strong menu knowledge and support guest engagement through promotions and personalized service.

Reservations and Operations

• Manage reservations, waiting lists, table assignments, and guest records accurately.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain restaurant entrance, host desk, and dining areas according to cleanliness and presentation standards.

Guest Service and Support

• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and feedback with care and timely solutions.

Compliance and Standards

• Ensure professional grooming, uniform standards, and compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Hostess or guest-facing hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming personality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
