Role Purpose

Create memorable and unique guest experiences by delivering a wide range of front-of-house services that make dining and hospitality feel seamlessly integrated with food and beverages. The Guest Service Expert takes initiative to ensure every guest interaction contributes to an exceptional overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Interaction

• Interact with and serve guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Deliver a wide range of services that ensure guest satisfaction.
• Take the initiative to address guest needs proactively.

Operations & Preparation

• Set tables according to service standards.
• Manage and communicate with the kitchen to support service flow.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Work while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Navigate sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean work areas and supplies to maintain service standards.
• Uphold quality standards throughout service.

Workplace Standards

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
• Read and visually verify information from menus and service materials.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications required.
