Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional hospitality by greeting guests, managing inquiries, and preparing the dining environment. Create memorable experiences that define a guest's stay through warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
- Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary.
- Ensure messages are legible and accurate, passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
Operations & Knowledge
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
- Maintain good knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements.
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
Compliance & Standards
- Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
