Role Purpose

Build memorable and unique guest experiences by delivering a wide range of front-of-house services. The Guest Service Expert ensures that dining and beverage transactions feel like part of the overall experience rather than transactional interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Interaction & Service Delivery

• Interact with and serve guests throughout their meal.
• Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure guest enjoyment.
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand and meet their needs.

Table Management & Setup

• Set tables to establish a welcoming dining environment.
• Manage the menu by reading and visually verifying information for guest communication.

Kitchen & Operational Coordination

• Communicate with the kitchen to facilitate smooth service flow.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean work areas and supplies to maintain standards.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic workplace.

Compliance & Standards

• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• Licenses or Certifications: None required.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Comfort navigating sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented work approach.
