Host I - Entry Operations (Aquarabia)

Role Overview

Host I - Entry Operations at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia is an entry-level, front-line position based at Aquarabia Qiddiya City. The role focuses on welcoming guests, managing arrival and exit processes, and controlling access to the park and attractions.

Role Purpose

To create outstanding first impressions, coordinate seamless guest arrival and departure experiences, manage access control systems, and maintain the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest service at park entry and exit points.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Service

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive and friendly first impression.
• Thank guests sincerely for visiting and wish them a safe journey home.
• Provide clear, accurate information regarding park hours, attractions, and services.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and suggestions professionally and in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.

Access Control & Operations

• Manage and operate all entry and exit processes, including ticket scanning and pass validation.
• Operate turnstile access control systems.
• Verify tickets, wristbands, and re-entry validation.
• Manage Adventure Experiences access control.
• Manage Aqua Fast Pass access at rides and attractions.
• Coordinate VIP Groups and Cabana rentals access.
• Ensure smooth and efficient guest flow at all times.

Guest Transportation & Flow

• Assist with guest transportation logistics for arrival and exit.
• Provide directions to transportation, parking, and shuttles.
• Actively manage queues during peak times to maintain operational efficiency.

Departmental Support & Coordination

• Support day-to-day efficiency across ticketing, guest services, and park access operations.
• Work closely with co-workers and the park-wide contact center/support team to assist guests with communication and feedback.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with Security, Transportation, Guest Services, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of operational plans.

Safety, Compliance & Maintenance

• Ensure the overall safety of all guests and colleagues within and while visiting Six Flags and Aquarabia Qiddiya City.
• Ensure full compliance with all park policies, procedures, safety and security standards.
• Maintain consistency with departmental goals for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready entry and access areas.

Documentation & Emergency Response

• Maintain accurate records and reports related to entry operations, including visitor statistics, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in emergency response procedures at access points by guiding guests safely when required.

Additional Duties

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years' experience in Entry Operations, Access Control, Crowd Control, Guest Services, or similar roles.
• Experience preferably within a water theme park or event setting.
