Role Overview

Home Delivery Captain at Nahdi, KSA. This role ensures timely delivery of pharmaceutical products to customers in compliance with governmental regulations and safety instructions.

Role Purpose

Deliver requested pharmaceutical items to customers in a timely manner, collect payments as invoiced, and maintain vehicle readiness and security throughout daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

• Deliver requested items to customers in timely manner and collect payment as per invoice communicated from the pharmacist.

Order Preparation & Accuracy

• Support and double-check order preparation to verify correct items and item numbers through collaboration with the pharmacist.
• Transfer orders from stores to vehicles to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Management

• Ensure items are properly stacked and secured inside the vehicle as per operations instructions to prevent damage.
• Return undelivered items to the pharmacy, including returns, damaged items, and customer rejections.
• Park the vehicle in the agreed spot by the pharmacy after delivering all orders to ensure vehicle security.
• Clean the vehicle and check water, oil levels, and mechanical devices to ensure car readiness and tidiness.

Compliance & Safety

• Drive the vehicle in line with governmental regulations to avoid penalties.

Additional Duties

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid Driving License.

Skills & Competencies

• Arabic (Basic).

Additional Information

• Work Environment: 10% indoors, 90% outdoors.
• Working Schedule: 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
• Working Hours: 9 AM to 4 PM across 2 shifts of 9 hours per shift.
