Role Overview
Heat Treatment Technician position with NMDC Group.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Heat Treatment Furnace Operations and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) activities.
- Hands-on experience with thermocouple installation and setup.
- Hands-on experience with temperature monitoring and recording.
- Hands-on experience with operation of heat treatment furnaces and local PWHT machines.
- Hands-on experience with preparation of heat treatment reports and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with heat treatment of piping and structural weld joints in fabrication and construction projects.
- Ability to read and understand PWHT requests, procedures, and technical reports.
- Experience in fabrication, construction, oil & gas, offshore, or industrial projects is an added advantage.
