Role Purpose

To support essential hotel operations by maintaining cleanliness and managing supplies across departments. This role ensures guests enjoy fresh linens and spotless dining ware while maintaining equipment, tools, and facilities that enable seamless hotel service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Equipment

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers, and dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens across the hotel.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.

Quality & Standards

• Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guest use.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Uphold professional standards in uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Workplace Safety & Compliance

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

Teamwork & Communication

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees.

Physical Demands

• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Related Work Experience: None required.
• Supervisory Experience: None required.
• License or Certification: None required.
