Role Purpose

Support vital hotel functions across multiple departments by maintaining cleaning standards, preparing fresh linens and spotless dining ware, operating cleaning equipment, and transporting dishware and linens throughout the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Sanitation

• Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
• Support cleaning needs across departments including kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry.
• Transport dishware and linens across the hotel.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including dish washing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers.

Safety and Compliance

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
• Uphold quality standards and adhere to quality expectations.

Team Collaboration

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Listen and respond appropriately to concerns of other employees.

General Duties

• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
