Role Overview

Healthcare Quality Control Specialist at Tamer Group.

Role Purpose

Ensure implementation and compliance with approved warehouse and quality procedures, manage supplier performance and quality standards, investigate and resolve deviations, and maintain regulatory alignment with SFDA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Procedure Management

• Ensure implementation of approved warehouses and quality procedures.
• Conduct all-procedure inspection of all warehouses as per the annual plan.
• Validate new systems and processes before they are implemented in the warehouse.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Manage suppliers' selection and evaluation to ensure they are providing services that meet required standards.
• Handle recall requests from SFDA and suppliers.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Perform risk assessment studies of quality procedures and operations.
• Review and approve labeling and co-packing processes and related reports.
• Check and approve the labeling and co-packing process and related reports.
• Applied temperature mapping study for warehouse and vehicles for JED branch.
• Review and approve temperature mapping plans and final reports for branches.

Deviation & Complaint Management

• Manage deviations to ensure they are investigated and corrected properly.
• Prepare and implement proper CAPA plans to address any deviations, monitor closing and effectiveness of the plan.
• Manage complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Handle return from customers for approval and inspection before return to valid stock.

Audit & Inspection

• Facilitate readiness and performance of internal and external audits.

Reporting

• Provide FMT monthly report related to ESG, including damage warehouse, damage in transit, and Tamer list of product expiry by period.

General Duties

• Undertake any other duties or assignments as required from time to time by management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as quality assurance, engineering, or sciences.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the field.

Work Relationships

Internal stakeholders include Supply Chain Department, Sales Department, Customer Service Department, and Operations Department.

External stakeholders include vendors and Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA).
