Role Overview
Healthcare Human Resources Business Partner Officer at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Partner with healthcare leadership and operational teams to align human resources strategy with business objectives, drive organizational effectiveness, and support talent development across the healthcare division.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership
- Partner with healthcare business leaders to understand workforce needs and organizational challenges.
- Align human resources initiatives with healthcare business strategy and operational priorities.
- Provide strategic HR counsel to senior management and department heads.
Talent Management
- Support talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement talent development and succession planning programs.
- Facilitate performance management and employee development conversations.
Employee Relations
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Support workplace culture initiatives and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
Organizational Development
- Identify organizational development needs and recommend improvements.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational restructuring efforts.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
Compliance & Policy
- Monitor compliance with healthcare employment regulations and labor laws.
- Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with healthcare industry standards.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams on HR-related matters.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Track key HR metrics and workforce trends.
- Report on HR program effectiveness and outcomes.
