Health Club Receptionist - Recreation at IHG Hotels and Resorts, located at the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in Doha.

Role Purpose
The Health Club Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests at the Health Club, welcoming visitors, managing reservations, and providing information about facilities and services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding health club services, memberships, and classes.
- Provide information about health club facilities and services.
Administrative & Scheduling
- Schedule appointments for personal training, classes, and wellness services.
- Maintain accurate records of guest visits and memberships.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Facility Management
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting.
Collaboration & Promotion
- Collaborate with fitness staff to promote health club programs and events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for health and fitness is a plus.
