Role Overview
Health Club Manager at The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts, a Hilton property. You will supervise daily health club operations and lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Role Purpose
Supervise health club, fitness center, spa, and salon operations while leading and developing team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles. You will maintain service continuity, uphold quality standards, and support business performance to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Supervision
- Supervise health club operations and support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, and salon
- Provide hands-on support across staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality at all guest touchpoints
Team Leadership
- Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience through team coordination and development
Business Support
- Support marketing, merchandising, and programming initiatives to drive engagement
- Manage inventory and track financial performance to drive efficiency
- Assist with business operations to maintain and improve profitability
Compliance & Standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Uphold the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
