Health Club Attendant – Recreation at IHG Hotels and Resorts, located at the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa in Doha.

Role Purpose

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the Health Club and recreational areas to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and high-quality experience while using the facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests and assist them in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide basic information about equipment and services.
• Assist guests as needed and support daily operations of the Health Club.

Facility Maintenance & Safety

• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the gym, pool, and changing areas.
• Monitor facilities to ensure safety standards and rules are followed.
• Ensure towels and amenities are well stocked at all times.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.

Skills & Competencies

• Communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations.
• Professional, positive and approachable attitude.
