Role Overview
Head Waitress - Nightlife at Fundamental Hospitality, located in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Lead the service team on the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience while ensuring every aspect of service reflects the venue's elevated standards and maintaining smooth, efficient operations throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Service Leadership & Operations
- Lead and support the service team throughout the shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee the service of an assigned section and ensure consistently high standards.
- Assist management with maintaining the energy and service standards of the venue throughout the evening.
Guest Experience
- Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Coordination & Standards
- Coordinate closely with the Management and Reception teams to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.
- Ensure all service standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines are consistently followed.
Knowledge & Development
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and current promotions.
- Support the training and development of Waiters and other service team members.

Employment Terms
- Contract type: Permanent
- Days off: 2 days weekly
