Head of Operations (Dubai Branch)

Role Overview

Head of Operations at Doha Bank, Dubai Branch. The role leads all operational functions of the Dubai Branch and reports accountability for efficient, secure, and compliant processes aligned with Doha Bank policies, CBUAE regulations, and international banking standards.

Role Purpose

Provide strategic and operational leadership to optimize service delivery, enhance operational controls, drive technology-enabled efficiencies, and support business growth while maintaining the highest standards of risk management and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations & Administration

• Oversee all Branch Operations and administrative functions of the Dubai Branch.
• Ensure efficient, secure, and compliant operational processes in line with Doha Bank policies, CBUAE regulations, and international banking standards.

Trade Finance Operations

• Manage Trade Finance operations, including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Documentary Collections.
• Oversee related trade finance transactions.

Technology & Digital Transformation

• Oversee IT infrastructure and cybersecurity controls.
• Drive technology-enabled efficiencies.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives.

Customer Service & Cash Management

• Oversee Customer Service Support functions.
• Manage Cash Management operations.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure effective management of Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Maintain operational resilience.
• Uphold the highest standards of risk management.

Security, Safety & Immigration

• Oversee Security & Safety Standards.
• Manage Immigration-related activities.
