Role Overview

Head of Innovation & AI at Apparel Group.

Role Purpose

Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI strategy, lead cross-functional AI and data science teams, and drive the deployment of machine learning solutions at scale across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Governance

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide AI strategy
• Establish AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks
• Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Lead AI/ML, data science, and MLOps teams
• Manage AI budget, tools, and vendor partnerships

Deployment & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end AI model development and deployment

Reporting

• Report AI impact and KPIs to executive leadership

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in AI/ML or advanced analytics roles
• 5+ years leading technical teams
• Strong experience with ML, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
• Experience deploying AI solutions at scale
• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Additional Information

• Preferred: Experience in the apparel industry
• Preferred: Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Preferred: Experience building AI strategy from scratch
