Role Purpose

Develop and deliver comprehensive electrical and avionics training for customer technicians on the H125 B2 aircraft, ensuring compliance with customer regulations and creating standardized training materials and on-the-job instruction.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Planning

• Study and analyze customer training regulations.
• Develop Course Training Standards, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations.
• Develop Basic and Advanced Specialty courses in accordance with customer regulations.
• Edit and update Master Training Plan.
• Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals.

On-The-Job Training

• Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer technicians with training aids developed prior.
• Conduct on-the-job training activity.
• Evaluate performance of assigned customer trainees.

Systems Inspection & Technical Analysis

• Inspect electric, avionic instrument and flight control systems, including autopilot.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.

Safety, Compliance & Quality

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations.
• Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures.
• Demonstrate awareness of potential compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity.

Equipment & Materials Control

• Check tools and GSE for condition and expiration date before starting any training activity, and ensure their correct use.
• Check components and parts for conditions (damages, leaks etc.) before starting any training activity and verify applicability of documentation is correct.
• Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.

Documentation & Aircraft Status

• Ensure that all work performed is recorded on appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis.
• Verify aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated, the aircraft condition is serviceable and sign the Release to Service of the aircraft.

General

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional-level experience required.
