H125 B1 Mechanical Training Instructor at Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance, located in Taif City, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
Develop and deliver comprehensive mechanical training to customer technicians on the H125 B1 helicopter, ensuring compliance with customer regulations and organizational management systems while maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Training Development & Documentation
- Study and analyze customer training regulations.
- Develop Course Training Standards, Course Instructional Plans, and Course Synopsis in accordance with customer regulations.
- Develop Basic and Advanced Specialty courses in accordance with customer regulations.
- Edit and update Master Training Plan.
- Train personnel on the use of maintenance manuals.
On-The-Job Training Delivery
- Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer technicians with training aids developed prior.
- Conduct on-the-job training activity.
- Evaluate performance of assigned customer trainees.
- Train personnel in all safety directives and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) procedures.
Compliance & Safety
- Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
- Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
- Check tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) before each training activity for condition and expiration date, ensuring their correct use.
- Check components and parts before each training activity for conditions, including damages and leaks, and verify the applicability of documentation.
- Train personnel in all safety directives and FOD procedures.
Technical Inspection & Maintenance
- Determine and perform maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel and hydraulic leaks, and corrosion damage.
- Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications.
- Verify that the aircraft status regarding scheduled tasks and deferred items is updated and the aircraft condition is serviceable in accordance with applicable Airbus Helicopters Arabia (AHA) Management System.
- Perform Release to Service of the aircraft once verified as serviceable.
Documentation & Quality Control
- Ensure that all work performed is recorded on appropriate paperwork and signed for on a progressive basis as required by AHA Management System.
- Ensure the correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely fashion and meets the delivery quality requirements of the AHA Management System.
General Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned.
