Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional guest experiences through meticulous room cleaning, sanitization, and personalized service that reflects Four Seasons' commitment to luxury with genuine heart.

Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom according to procedure.
• Perform room attendant duties in both occupied and check-out rooms.

Guest Service

• Provide turndown service for guests.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Qualifications & Experience

• One or more years of experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
