Role Purpose
To create exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in guest rooms and assigned areas, while recognizing guest needs and delivering the genuine service that defines Four Seasons.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room & Area Maintenance
- Clean and self-inspect guest rooms and public areas as assigned in accordance with hotel standards.
- Stock and maintain the linen closet.
Hospitality & Guest Service
- Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests.
- Act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Offer a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
Equipment & Safety
- Demonstrate proficiency in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery.
- Report defects and accidents to management immediately.
- Maintain competency in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures.
- Respond appropriately in accident situations.
Pantry & Equipment Management
- Keep Maids Pantries tidy and correctly stocked.
- Ensure Maids Pantries are closed at all times when not in use.
- Maintain working equipment in clean, tidy condition and in good working order.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in 5-star hotels or resorts.
- Proficiency in English language.
Additional Information
- Flexibility to work shifts required.
