Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
• Proactively look for ways to make each guest's meal experience special.

Menu & Service Knowledge

• Master the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
• Help guests and answer questions with confidence about menu offerings.

Food & Beverage Service

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail.

Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
