Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of property amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.

Front Desk Operations

• Check guests in and out using property management systems.
• Process room assignments and manage room availability.
• Handle guest requests including room changes, wake-up calls, and special services.

Administrative & Financial

• Manage guest accounts and process payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and preferences.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions in compliance with company standards.

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate guest needs and special requests to housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or guest incidents to management.
